Hot and cold again

Somehow tired feeling all day. I wonder if it was due recent covid, or was it for monday only.

Our son visited for dinner today and took Nicke the poodle home with him. Some paw treating ideas given before they left. Nicke's paw was better already, not normal yet of course.

Winter-swimming time in Suomensaari sauna in the evening. A long pier to walk before reaching water, as you can see. The lake water was +4c and there was pipe-like ice on the water surface. A strong wind +2c made my body all red during the walk back to sauna.

We dipped four times. Feeling almost like in heaven.
