Blitzed, Jarred and Frozen
Yesterday's harvest of wild garlic has now been "processed" with walnuts, cashews, Parmesan cheese and olive oil and made into some punchy Pesto. I froze some in individual portions using a silicone muffin mould and jarred the rest. It was my 4 four weekly visit to the eye clinic this morning for my eye injections. So glad of an excuse to stay in when I got home and deal with the pesto. I had some for my lunch with pasta and roasted Mediterranean vegetables. It was very tasty!
