An interesting morning…

I thought I’d try a slightly longer loop today so that I could get some different photographs.
I was starting to think that maybe I’d gone bit too far when a couple of people spoke to me. It turns out they were Americans from the cruise ship and had decided to have a walk around the outskirts of town rather than any other option. 
I gave them a mini guided tour of the area and ended up walking even further!!
I gave them a Guernsey £1 note as a souvenir. Now I’m sure that wasn’t part of our guiding training. I think the guests are supposed to do the tipping… To be fair they were keen to buy me a coffee but I though carrying on down to town would finish me so retired gracefully.
