Headf*ck

Well today has been a horrible day!
7:09am was when it all began!

Long day at work being asked if I was ok, over and over again which only makes things worse! Just wanted to get on with my day and not think of what had happened this morning. Got told to go home at 3:30pm for a couple hours before heading in for the rest of my shift!

Followed work with a meeting and now my head is totally f*cked as I have finally stopped and everything is now real, don't think I am going to get much sleep if any tonight :(
