Rhubarb, rhubarb, rhubarb

My assiette de rhubarb was the perfect ending to a perfect meal. I have spent two days in the corporate and concrete work of Parkex, the biggest parking show in Europe. Two days of suits and business-speak and air-con and sales people and jargon. So to come home, drive to the seaside and then have a fantastic meal with my family was the best antidote ever.
