Kamakura
This day was an adventure, because it was raining the whole day and we had rented bikes in advance. So much water, so much bike, and so much fun :)
We saw several temples: Jodo (with hundreds of small statues), Kotokuin (with the statue of the great Buddha in the picture), Sasukeinari (a shrine in the forest that is guarded by stone foxes and has a path of red flags), Zeniarai-Benten (where we saw people "laundering" their money). After that, we wanted to go to Kencho-ji, but arrived when it was closing :(. Then we went to Tsurugaoka Hachiman-gu, walked through Dankazura, went for dinner to Kamakura Matsubara-an (which was quite difficult to find) and went back to the hotel when the weather couldn't get any worse.
A miserable weather for a day that showed us that a bit of a challenge can be very rewarding in the end.
