QEUH
It’s a strange looking building - it’s nickname is the Death Star, not a very comforting one. This is a view from the café area. We were allowed to take M for a coffee, first time he’s seen anything other than ICU in 8 days. He should be on a ward but the wards are chocker and staffing levels scarily stretched, so ICU now has a number of patients who should be moved on. It’s crazy and it’s very worrying - not a time to become unwell. But M’s care has been wonderful, I don’t have sufficient words to describe my appreciation of NHS Scotland.
