End of an era?

This is an old chocolate factory which is rotting away at the end of our road and peeps over our garden fence.

I like the colour of the bricks in the evening sun.

It is looking like it may have to be demolished, possibly for a new school to be built. I think it will be a shame if it goes, it is a big part of our local history. The terraced houses where we live we're built for the factory workers.

Fingers crossed they will at least be able to keep some of it...
