Nest making.

I was going to use the flowers in the basket for my Blip today, but waited and saw this Green Finch using the matting material.  Later I watched sparrows do the same, but they were more aggressive in their pulling out, different to the Green Finches.  Anyway a good job I waited.  I like the detail on the flowers and they, to me, look as if they are begging for food like chicks do. (Blackbirds used this material last year.)  Needless to say I took a few photos showing one strand collected to a beakful.
