I am quite taken with the tenacity of this Cuckoo flower 'Cardamine pratensis' aka lady's smock, mayflower, or milkmaids flower.

It is under the marquee used as the cinema at the Event Centre for GL3D at Braithwaite near Keswick and survived being trampled and is still here on Monday.
