Friends Reunited

My Dear Princess and Dear Friends,

She's back.

Despite a busy week, Caro has returned full of smiles and happiness. She clearly enjoyed spending time with her family and all of their animals. 

On her return I made a HUGE FUSS as well. I laid out the couch just as she likes it, made her a coffee and put a sandwich within arm's reach.

She was happy.

Her happiness increased when Dr. Girlfriend came to visit. The nervous little cat came running as soon as Caro called her. DG got scooped right up and Caro stood cuddling her while the little thing purred and blinked at me. They are best mates. 

Caro's OTHER best mate Feefs called an hour or so later and they picked up right where they left off earlier that day. Caro discussed some trousers she has just bought. 

"I really liked the look of them but they sit a bit high. Basically they are right up my crack and rubbing my hoo-ha."

"That's not so bad. You could rub one out just by walking down the street."

Delighted with themselves they were; the cackling went on for about five minutes.

Afterward I had a meeting with Ellie and Corrie. Which Caro interrupted. 

"Save the date girls. My 50th birthday party: January 14th." 

Birthday chat COMPLETELY hijacked our meeting. Nothing got done in the discussions about venues and bands and outfits.

But it is good to have her back.
