Walking Again

I went walking with S at Virginia Water early evening. We met at 6pm and had a two-hour walk around the lake. I got 'sugar shock' about 40 minutes before we got back to the beginning, and had two choice - walk faster or give up! I chose the former, and we headed to the pub, where I necked an aperol spritz.....

My knee doesn't particularly like walking so much anymore...
