Tribal bread.

I recently purchased a new "bread lame" which is used for slashing the unbaked bread skin to help it split as it rises during baking. The picture is a very tribal pattern on today's loaf which, unfortunately, I think might be a bit dense.

The extra is one of my scented leaf pelargoniums which we collected from their winter break in mum's greenhouse when RF and l visited her this afternoon. She enjoyed seeing Murphy and Willis.

This evening was the perfect evening for a takeaway and a film, both of which were excellent.
