Last day!
Today was the final day of our prayer team, with the in person one and the evening zoom one... We went to the Anglican Church this morning and then for a bite to eat and coffee in the local town. From there we headed to this statue that looks over Ibiza Town (see Nate's blip for the view!) to pray. It's such a beautifully peaceful place...the time there was a highlight of the weekend for me...
Back home for a couple of hours chill out for people, though not for Danny who was cooking a roast for us all for this evening. Great to chat and hear everyone's highlights from the 3 days. Then on to our last night of praying - tonight's theme looking at justice in our 3 main areas, prison, homeless, Roma.
Today I'm grateful for;
1) Asha paying for everyone's coffees and tostadas!! We all thought someone else had paid until the afternoon Danny looked in her purse to put her pocket money, and realised it was almost empty!! What a gorgeous thing of her to do...I think we were all very touched by that when we realised. In fact it was Susanna's highlight of the 3 days.
2) Praying in this peaceful place...hearing the birds, the smell of the pines and the herbs...the visuals of Jesus with arms outstretched.
3) Asha and Annabelle from SCBC enjoying a couple of hours video chat this afternoon.
