What a beautiful time of year

This prunus is in my front garden. It is a small tree and has made little if any growth since we came here in 1999. Every year it flowers with these gorgeous blossoms.

After last night's Social Evening and my three days walking in a row, I have had a rest today. I've mainly been processing photos from the Social and realising I did not capture everyone. That had been my intention

It is lovely to see all the happy, smiling faces and I've made a big collage of most of them.

Tomorrow is the last day of the festival and I'm leading a walk called "Walking back to Haltwhistle from Bardon Mill via Cranberry Brow"
