Not allowed to take flowers into ICU so took a photo of the Lily of Valley in the garden to show mum, before moving on to visit dad in a different ward. Mum is making a steady recovery from the actual operation and was well enough to be wheeled round to briefly visit dad. Another long, tiring and emotional day...
