Dad - the artist

Today Dad and I spent a whole day together painting. We discussed art, colour theory, paints, brushes, canvas, landscapes, and we painted.

In this photo you can see Dad painting the sky in a painting of Bamburgh Castle - copying a painting he did about 20 years ago (propped up in the backround).

It was such a cool day....we've vowed to do this more often. The last time was so long ago I can't remember....
