Why two you might ask…

Well this is the easy to use pre-filled pen. All you have to do is stretch the skin with one hand; hold the pen at 90° to your skin and press the whole pen until it injects automatically. Easy eh! Well it was alright until my fingers lost all strength and can’t stretch my skin. It sometimes takes ages until I can get it into a position that it will decide to auto inject. And when it does inject it’s a viscous spring! It didn’t go well today. After changing sites a couple of times it injected. But somehow the violence of spring made the pen jump out of my hand and the liquid sprayed everywhere!
Luckily I had a spare. But I really must ask the pharmacist if he can order syringes in future. So much easier and I never feel a thing when using them. This ‘easy use’ version has to be kept in place for 15 seconds after use and if it happens to have hit a painful spot it really hurts.
As you might have guessed I have nothing else to blip.
