Holt Sunday Market

B and I wandered into town this morning to have a look around the monthly Holt Sunday Market.  It's largely a craft market, including lots of lovely food stalls selling jams, cakes, chutneys, specialist tipples, plants etc.  There are also a variety of street food stalls selling all kinds of tempting snacks.  Throw into the mix some live performances by talented musicians and customers longing to get out and about after lockdown and it wasn't surprising that it was busy, although how much was just looking or buying in these difficult times, it's hard to say.

The blip is of a stall selling knitting wool and kits to make fingerless gloves and shawls.  The lady told us that the beautiful colours of the wool is achieved by using natural plant-based dyes.  They certainly caught my eye...I just wish I was good at knitting!
