Left Luggage ~ Backblip

The sun’s gone in and that wind is extremely spiteful, but we enjoyed our trip on the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway.  We caught the train at Winchcombe, travelled the two stops to Broadway and then returned to Toddington where we spent an hour or two, having a light lunch in the Flag & Whistle Café and afterwards endless enjoyable browsing round the various collections of wonderful memorabilia and the repair sheds – all very interesting but golly it was cold so we were glad to get back on the train, and went all the way to Cheltenham Race Course and back again to Winchcombe.  Very grateful the heating worked in our carriage too.  Anyway despite being cold we love a bit of steam and enjoyed our day.
