Walk/run/shuffle

First time me and Carolyn have been out for our walk/run/shuffle in ages, and by god it was cold and windy along the front of Gourock.
Total of 19,964 steps today - result!
And as usual we didn't stop talking!
Carolyn didn't mention the charity 5k, maybe she has forgotten, doubt it. Great to be out in the fresh air and the lighter nights.
Good week at work, even better its now Wednesday evening!
