Out on the bikes

Picked up R’s new electric bike today and on the way back we stopped off at the Cuckoo Trail to give it its first outing. It was good to be out cycling again, and although cycling purists will never be convinced, I think the electric bike is a joy to ride. It’s still good exercise but without the pain and breathlessness that can accompany hilly rides when you can’t get out on your bike very often. The downside to electric bikes is their cost and the worry they may be stolen (which has already happened to me). Hope the trackers we have had fitted do their job.
