Crash

Still clearing damage from the Snowstorm of the year. An old dead pine tree finally rotted at the bottom and fell from the weight of the snow into a perfectly nice Washington Hawthorn tree that I planted 14 years ago when I moved here. Last year it bloomed beautifully and I had lots of berries-- it had them. They grow too high to pick and the 2 to 3 inch thorns protect them. A man with a chain saw came to look at the problem but does not want to get near the hawthorn.
I will keep looking for someone.
