Grassington

Caught the Dales bus at the end of my street.
Elaine and l used our bus passes so it was free transport.
It only runs on a Saturday in the summer months.
Went past Bolton Abbey, Burnsall and finally to Grassington.
Had a walk around the village shops, bought two birthday presents.
Then we walked to Threshfield to the most gorgeous, florist, plant sales and tea garden.
Tables dotted here and there and this one called out to us .
We had cheeses scones and elderberry and lemon cake.
We then walked by the river to Linton Falls and the back up to Grassington.
The weather was glorious warm and sunny, everything looking so fresh and green.
