Goodbye Woolacombe

Sarah, Luna and I are safely back in Yorkshire - we sent John to Coventry en route, to meet up with David for the footie match. David will drive up later for the long weekend - I’m sure they’ll both be in good moods!

I was sad to leave the house this morning, we think it has the best view in Woolacombe and it’s very comfortable. Having seen the renovations of the surrounding properties that have happened since we were last here in 2019, I’m not surprised the owners are choosing to extend and upgrade it, but it will be too big for us in future. Never mind - I doubt we will ever get a better week of weather than we had this week anyway!

The dog is comatose in her own bed - which is actually the same bed she’s been sleeping on all week, but back in its rightful spot!
