Name that plant?

I planted the bulbs but I'll be buggered if I know what it is.

Relatively productive day, but still not got the car back. Apparently the injectors are seized on! Hopefully once done it will stop leaking nasty gases into the blower / aircon; and it may even improve the engine efficiency.
