Golden Glow…..

What amazing weather we’ve had today. Maisie and I started out on our early walk in the dark. From the outset there was an amazing golden glow in the eastern sky and frost on the ground. The frost was particularly noticeable on the grass. Merino clothing and gloves required. The last day of April. Four months of the year gone already.
Leaves falling in our garden. A golden carpet of Gleditsia (aka “Honey Locust”) spreading all over our lawn.
