Trying Something Different

I've given up trying to do the seed stiching whilst knitting a round. I've got too frustrated and thus decided to take a short break and just do stiches I'm more comfortable doing.

My in-laws came round. They drove up from West Sussex, a journey that took them 4½ hours due to traffic, lane closures, accidents and breakdowns. We had a lovely Chinese takeaway.

I purposefully kept Little Man awake longer so that they could see him. He was very happy to be able to have Nanny and Grandpa cuddles again. He then went to bed really easily.
