Archaeology in action

Having spent most of the day at my desk I just realised I hadn't taken any photographs and thought I'd go for a wander round the garden to see what I could find. I was hoping for faeries but found this. Don't worry, it isn't anything macabre (at least I don't think it is...); it's just one of the boys' wellies from quite some years ago now being slowly consumed by the garden.
