The building number 3

There is the ruins of old mill in today's picture (so it's not thea real building, but I like it). No one has used the mill for decades but it's still there because it's a part of landscape. It also reminds us about the cultural environment of the city. I'm very sorry about the "pictures" on the walls but if I don't care them I like the mill and the place where it's situated on the river.
