Tulips

Another chilly day but cheered up by heading out to lunch with a neighbour.  It was a treat to just have a good chat and eat delicious food.  The sun did come out later but it remained very cool.
These tulips are growing as I watch.. the flowers are almost double the size they were yesterday and they are getting so long I might have to change the vase or trim them!
Thank goodness it is the weekend. It feels like it has been a busy week
