Heirloom

My sister R and I had a long FaceTime visit last evening, exchanging memories of the family. We spoke about this old bracelet with its 1852 gold dollar. Our working class ancestors didn’t have many valuable things so I suppose this was treasured. I’ve enjoyed wearing it.
