Stemat

Stemat 89 and Tessa W at the CLT this morning. The visits of these working ships are rarely announced, or even reported, so no real clue as to what they were doing or why. It looked as though the barge was being loaded with containers, but that's about as much as I could see. I'd guess it's related to the wind farm in some way.
