Naughty Woody Woodpecker.   I hope he leaves the Great Tit family alone.   I knew the bird box had a damaged corner but it's up high and without a ladder I'm unable to get it down to be repaired and the Great Tits have decided to use it again this year.
The image of him flying away isn't sharp but I thought it was nice to see the markings on his wing feathers.
What a cold, bleak day, a watery sun appeared for all of 10 seconds late this afternoon, other than that it's been cloud cover and only 9 degrees.   The heating came on earlier and I'm happy to be warm at last.
