Fancy Dans

These are "proper" flowers in a tub in the car-park by Metheringham station. I know they are not dandelions - but they could be! They look like them! They also look a bit wind-lashed but are the only photos I took today.

I have been to see my Dad today instead of tomorrow as it is his birthday today. He was very happy to see me, and liked the "hamper" of Gluten free delights from M&S that I took for him. While I was there his friend Ken, who he plays bowls with arrived with more tomato plants for him too. They had a good gossip in the garden while I made lunch. 

Home now, and I have an actual free weekend! I was expecting to be working but Hekmat wants me to do extra next week so is giving me the rest of the week off! Hopefully we can go out somewhere tomorrow afternoon depending on the weather, and then do something more relaxing on Sunday.

Brian is off next week so it is sod's law that I have to work more. I have told the boss that I can't do the weekend next week - Rugby in Leeds Saturday, Jeri's Sunday but he did not seem too put out over that!
