still not Friday

Have I mentioned how much I love my garden? The combination of colors? The growth of this and that, the surprises, the light, the birds?

I successfully did burritos in a poblano and cheese blanket.

This morning I held a "session" (not really a class) on green bonds and it was fun.

This afternoon my acting promotion became effective. I don't even know what you could send in sympathy.

Russia's decision to halt gas to Bulgaria and Poland just made it completely obvious that they need to not depend on Russia. Poland has infuriated Moscow by letting arms across its border and by pushing for ever tougher economic sanctions. But remember, Poland has a long history with Russia. Bulgaria is one of the countries that has been hesitant to send military aid to Ukraine, but this seems to have bolstered support for it. Energy researcher Pawel Wiejski, an energy researcher, said Russia may have done Poland a favor. Poland has been working hard to diversity its supplies, and now the Russian gas company just broke the contract that  Poland no longer needs.

March 31 a fuel depot "mysteriously" burned in Belgorod Russia right after two Ukrainian helicopters just happened to be zipping by. Sunday two fuel depots in Bryansk, Russia, ~100 miles from the border, exploded. There was another explosion at an ammunition storage area in Belgorod early Wednesday morning. It was only 10 miles from the border. There was a mysterious fire at a smaller ammunition storage facility in the Russian-occupied area of Luhansk. In addition to the fun of blowing up Russian supplies, it messes up their ability to supply their forces, and their logistics ability is already lousy.

Russa has been the country where cybercriminals could operate from as long as they didn't target Russian companies. Now Russia is the one being hacked. Personal information for 1,600 Russian troops who served in Bucha. Names and contact details of 620 Russian spies.
