Lavenham
Visited Lavenham today one of the best preserved medieval villages in England and a foremost cloth making centre in the 14-16th centuries. Ironically decline of the wool trade and poverty has resulted in many amazing buildings being left untouched for centuries and the village has the feeling of being a window into the past. The blip shows the Guildhall, - the village is littered with medieval buildings.
