I Say! You There!

My Dear Princess and Dear Friends,

My enslavement by cats continues. Here you see Jasper commanding me to rub his tummy.

I worked from home and had heaps of meetings today. Which mostly got cancelled, so that was good. I also got an impromptu call from Shenée which was even better. 

She is still enjoying work, but said she was feeling a little bit flustered and wanted to hear my voice. It makes me happy that I can soothe her in this way. She talked to me about her family (a major cause of stress) and how happy she is living peacefully "on her branch" as she put it, with Craig. 

It reminded me of the Princess and her "cave"*.

So that phone call left me with warm fuzzies. In other news I am using this Caro-less week to catch up on all the shows that people have recommended to me that I know she would not like. So "Moon Knight", "Russian Doll", "The Great", "Midnight Mass" and "Kim's Convenience". 

It's a lot of tv. Between that and the cats I am fully employed at present.
