New reality day 639

Morning walk shot.

We've had a nice sunny (but cold) day here at Lake Saimaa. This side of the lake is still with ice cover. I took this shot standing next to our summer coffee house. And it's hard to understand that most likely after one month this area will be very summer-y and busy with people in shorts.

This evening when I got back from our evening walk with Buddha, we had excellent timing. I was about 300 meters from our residence when sleet started to slowly come down from the sky. Few minutes later I looked out of the window and the whole landscape was white with "heavy sleet rain". Luckily that's over, but all the grassy areas are now white again. More snow expected during the night. It will be interesting to see how white the landscape will be tomorrow morning, At least tomorrow should be sunny.
