A Day Of Rest…

Have had a fairly peaceful day today mostly resting in the back garden with my faithful Mac and Lady V. Will need to try again to get an appointment at doctors tomorrow but have had an easier day today avoiding sudden movement or bending over quickly which instantly brings on a bout of nausea, dizziness which is very unpleasant. Really at its worst in the morning and a gentle rise from bed is a must.

On a brighter note the weather has been fine and I’ve managed to get a few chores done around the garden.
