Great Tit

We had a hard frost overnight, unexpected, but it has been a lovely day.

I had Keep Fit first thing, and afterwards had a walk round the glen before coming home for coffee.

We were going to visit my friend Pat, who has speech problems and many other physical problems, but before we went we had a walk at Rouken Glen, just for a leg stretch.  We had and hour or so with Pat and Ron, it seems to cheer them up quite a bit, and we had some fun discussing bygone days.  

This wee great tit had fun in the bird bath this morning, and makes my blip for today
