THE CANAL.

Out at 5.30am and managed to catch the sun just coming up (see extras). I could not believe it, but we had a white frost and it was freezing, however it was lovely as there was a mist on the canal. Glad to get home and have a warm bath to heat me up.
Have spent the whole afternoon gardening and then my neighbour called over for a cold drink and a chat, so in now and going out to bring in the washing, then have my meal which is chunky haddock, chips and asparagus. As I have been working hard, I am very hungry and of course rather tired.
