Went to the 7 stanes Glentress bike park today, it was great until we got to the top and I got a flat tyre. At the top. But thankfully some nice men half way down helped me repair my inner tube and I rode down fine.

Turned out, somehow I had pinched the inner tube on each side and there were tears like in a sort of snake bite arrangement. Getting new innertube tomorow.

Other than that wad great.
