Goslings

What a great day of birdwatching! We stood at the edge of a pond in the Koll Center Wetlands Park in Beaverton (quite near to where my mother used to live). We spotted at least 8 or 9 species, mostly ducks, including the amazing Bufflehead and the beautiful Green-winged Teal. So thrilling. Couldn't have done it without the binoculars; using my camera, all I could get was this Canada Goose family - about ten feet away, but thrilling so see the goslings.
