Hump day

I have found today extremely stressful. I had to do a video role play as part of a course I am doing. For me this is excruciating; I have ‘textbook’ social anxiety in performance situations. An audience sends me into orbit (in terms of anxiety). I can pinpoint this to an incident at the age of 5, and as much as I understand social anxiety and what maintains it, I find it a challenge.
