Aberlemno! Again?

AnnMarie visited today for an overnight stay and have a respite from the cares of Medical Academia.

After we had enjoyed the first course of our extended lunch we headed off to see the Angus Countyside. AM is Irish and resides in Scotland.

Pat had mentioned the Celtic stones, and this appealed to AM. We enjoyed the journey through the rapidly advancing Spring. There is plenty of yellow flowered rape fields about and the trees are in blossom and leafing up nicely.

AM enjoyed looking at the stones and the Celtic history. Today’s Blipfoto shows the entrance to Aberlemno church.

We made our way back to Fife and settled down to the remainder of our extended lunch.
