Divided nation

As the funeral cortège passed through Ludgate Circus today the mood was decidedly mixed, as it has been for the last week. Amid songs of support there were rather tasteless chants of "Maggie, Maggie, Maggie! Dead, Dead, Dead!" However, I rather admired the dignified stance of these protesters who silently turned their back as the coffin passed.
