Forest walk

We had a lovely forest and river walk today. It was hard going in parts but lovely. We had to retrace our steps up a hill as Angela had left her backpack after taking off her fleece. We walked past the Bee place that produce their own honey so I did by a pot of Heather honey. Am looking forward to having some on toast. We walked 7 miles today then went for a swim to help the muscles.
Drove to Aberdovey for fish and chips for tea. They were delicious. Lovely light over the sea .
