Early morning run

Run before my imroc course. 
Hard to catch the early light
Have to say the course is first class.. and all this self reflective writing so important and challenging.  
Tuesdays till first week june Im 7.5 hours online course, really interesting 22 people from.over uk working  in Mental.Health.
