The scaffolding goes up

Arrived home from work this afternoon, and the scaffolders were just about finished. I had unsuccessfully tried to imagine what it would look like, and was way off beam. There is a tower at one end of the house. Apparently the roofers will have a harness, and the scaffolding is to enable them to get to the top of the ridge.

I've posted an extra of the replacement book shelving in my study, after having weeded which books I'm putting on the shelves. Retiring books like the collection of essays on whether Plato was a communist, a democrat or a tyrant. I bought that many years ago when still an undergraduate. Haven't had the need to refer to it in many years.
